Supervisory and control authorities\nEventWall Labs Limited is incorporated and regulated in Ireland. Nature of the Platform and the services\nEventWall is an event aggregation and discovery platform. The Platform:\n- Aggregates publicly available event information from third-party sources;\n- Allows registered Organizers to publish and promote event listings;\n- Makes event information available free of charge to members of the public (End Users);\n- Offers paid subscription services to Organizers for event publishing and promotional features.\nEventWall acts as an information intermediary and technology platform provider in relation to events published by third-party Organizers and aggregated from public sources. EventWall is not the organizer, promoter, operator or owner of those third-party events and assumes no responsibility for their organization, staging, cancellation or modification. EventWall may occasionally organize and publish its own branded events on the Platform. Where an event is organized directly by EventWall, this will be clearly indicated on the event listing. Where an event is organized directly by EventWall, EventWall assumes responsibility as organizer of the event to the extent required by applicable law.\nThe Platform does not maintain attendee lists, RSVP registers or any system that links identifiable individuals to specific events.\n## 4. Intellectual and industrial property\nAll intellectual and industrial property rights in the Platform and its original content — including, without limitation, the EventWall name, logo, brand, software, database structure, design and any original textual or visual content created by EventWall — are owned exclusively by EventWall Labs Limited or used under licence.\nThese rights are protected under:\n- The Irish Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000 (as amended);\n- The EU Database Directive (96\u002F9\u002FEC) — the Platform databases are protected by sui generis database rights;\n- The EU Directive on copyright in the Digital Single Market (2019\u002F790\u002FEU);\n- The EU Trade Mark Regulation (2017\u002F1001\u002FEU) and national trade mark legislation;\n- Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1\u002F1996 of 12 April approving the consolidated text of the Intellectual Property Law (LPI), where applicable.\nReproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation of the Platform's content or databases, in whole or in substantial part, without the prior written authorization of EventWall Labs Limited is expressly prohibited. Breach of this prohibition may give rise to civil and criminal liability.\nEvent information submitted by Organizers remains the intellectual property of the relevant Organizer, subject to the content licence granted to EventWall under the Organizer Terms and Conditions.\n## 5. Third-party content and aggregated data\nThe Platform displays event information collected from publicly available third-party sources, including venue websites, social media platforms and public event databases. EventWall does not claim ownership of such third-party content. All rights in third-party content remain with the respective rights holders.\nEventWall makes reasonable efforts to attribute content to its source and to ensure that aggregated data is used in a manner compatible with applicable law, including the EU Database Directive and the LSSI. Any rights holder who believes their content has been reproduced without authorization may submit a takedown request as set out in Section 8 of this Legal Notice.\n## 6. Disclaimer\nEventWall provides the Platform on an \"as is\" and \"as available\" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Irish and EU law, EventWall expressly disclaims liability for:\n- The accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of event information shown on the Platform, whether submitted by Organizers or aggregated from third-party sources;\n- The cancellation, postponement, modification or non-occurrence of any third-party event listed on the Platform;\n- Any loss or damage suffered by users in reliance on third-party event information shown on the Platform;\n- Interruptions or unavailability of the Platform;\n- Content submitted by Organizers or third parties over which EventWall does not exercise editorial control.\nThis disclaimer does not affect rights that consumers may have under mandatory consumer protection law, including the Irish Consumer Protection Act 2007 and Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1\u002F2007 (LGDCU), which cannot be excluded by contract.\n## 7. Links to third-party websites\nThe Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Such links are provided for information only. EventWall does not endorse, verify or assume any responsibility for the content, products, services or privacy practices of any linked third-party website. Users access linked websites at their own risk.\n## 8. Notice and takedown — intellectual property and unlawful content\nEventWall respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and complies with its obligations as a hosting intermediary under the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022\u002F2065) and the LSSI.\nIf you believe that any content published on the Platform:\n- Infringes your intellectual property rights (copyright, trade mark, database rights or otherwise); or\n- Is unlawful, defamatory or otherwise breaches applicable law,\nplease send a written notice to info@eventwall.app including the following information:\n- Your full name and contact details;\n- A description of the content you consider infringing or unlawful, including its URL on the Platform;\n- For an intellectual property claim: a description of the right you allege is being infringed and proof of ownership or authority to act;\n- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, for an intellectual property claim, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.\nWe will acknowledge receipt of your notice promptly and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law. Submitting a false or misleading takedown notice may give rise to legal liability.\n## 9. Applicable law\nThe Platform is operated by EventWall Labs Limited, a company incorporated in Ireland. Operation of the Platform is governed primarily by Irish law and European Union law.\nFor users located in Spain, the following Spanish legislation also applies to the extent required by mandatory law:\n- Law 34\u002F2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE);\n- Royal Legislative Decree 1\u002F2007 of 16 November approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (LGDCU);\n- Organic Law 3\u002F2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD);\n- Royal Legislative Decree 1\u002F1996 of 12 April approving the consolidated text of the Intellectual Property Law (LPI).\n## 10.
